Changelog
Public updates to the CMC Framework dataset and platform.
v1.0.4
GDPR compliance, legal documents page, and public surface disclaimers
Legal documents page with DPA downloads
New /legal page providing downloadable Data Processing Agreements for all sub-processors (Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Google Analytics, Slack). Bilingual EN/DE with responsive layout. Referenced from privacy policy.
GDPR compliance: consent enforcement, unsubscribe, data deletion
Server-side consent validation on assessment submissions (Art. 7 GDPR). One-click unsubscribe mechanism in all outbound emails (Art. 7(3)). Admin-gated data deletion endpoint for right-to-erasure requests (Art. 17).
Independent estimate disclaimers on public board surfaces
All published signal reports now carry a visible disclaimer clarifying they are independent estimates derived from public data, not issued or verified by the assessed company. Applied to gallery cards, detail pages, and PDF exports.
Privacy policy processor list cleanup
Removed non-processors (CookieYes, Cal.com) from the sub-processor table. Updated to reflect actual data processing relationships. Supabase jurisdiction confirmed as EU (Germany, eu-central-1).
v1.0.3
Constraint oracle API, coordination escalation map, yield snapshot endpoint
Operating range diagnostic API
New endpoint computes per-lever operating range verdicts, binding constraints, coordination drag patterns, and dependency-aware lift paths for any capability or use-case class against an organisational profile.
Mobile-responsive landing page hero
Constraint tunnel animation now uses an entrance animation on mobile instead of scroll-pinned timeline, avoiding jitter from dynamic browser chrome. Responsive tunnel sizing, 100dvh viewport height, and reduced visual noise on narrow screens.
Coordination escalation map across 64 industry-function pairs
Structural priors describing typical constraint patterns per industry and function: dominant constraint identification, escalation stage mapping, margin absorption share, and unlock velocity. Derived deterministically from baselines and dependency graph.
Yield snapshot diagnostic endpoint
Single-capability yield diagnostic combining capability metadata, operating range assessment, and coordination escalation context into one artifact. Supports explicit profile input or automatic baseline fallback.
v1.0.2
Implementation prerequisites data integrated into capability pages
730 capabilities now include implementation prerequisites
Each capability page now shows concrete structural preconditions for deployment: what must exist before the capability operates reliably. Includes binding lever identification, sequencing guidance, and common misdiagnosis patterns. Generated via validated pipeline (SB-091 Phase 2), validated against 8 quality rules.
v1.0.1
Data corrections, reasoning text population, and AX classification infrastructure
541 capabilities now include per-dimension reasoning text
Each capability's structural requirements now include explanatory reasoning per dimension — what the level demands and what fails below it. 379 via AI synthesis, 150 via template generation, 12 via expert-authored golden fixtures.
Data quality corrections across 4 issue classes
Removed 3 empty vendor records, backfilled 68 null capability names, fixed schema validation issues, and populated 2 missing maturity classifications. 730/730 capabilities now fully populated.
Autonomy Class (AX) classification for all 730 capabilities
Every capability now carries an Autonomy Class rating (AX0-AX5) measuring decision load across 4 dimensions: decision scope, reversibility, propagation depth, and oversight requirements.
Ownership mapping: 42 cells active across all industries
Structural ownership layer mapping each dimension and capacity level to organizational owners, budget categories, and cost envelopes. SaaS empirical, remaining industries derived from framework defaults.
v1.0.0
Initial governed release: 730 capabilities, 560+ vendors, 7 industries
730 AI capabilities mapped across 7 industries
Complete capability taxonomy covering manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, insurance, logistics, professional services, and SaaS/technology. Each capability scored across 6 CMC dimensions (F/C/S/A/M/I).
560+ vendor profiles with 1,720 capability mappings
Vendor-to-capability cross-references showing which vendors serve which AI capabilities, at what CMC infrastructure level.
64 industry-function baselines
Baseline CMC profiles for every industry-function combination, representing typical infrastructure levels organizations have today.
510 business objects with 18,360 scenario scores
Business object definitions across all 7 industries with dimension-level scenario text for each CMC level.
18-question AI diagnostic assessment
Structured diagnostic flow with pattern detection, gap analysis, and personalized build sequence generation.
Capability matrix browser with vendor search
Explore all 730 capabilities with filtering by industry, function, and vendor coverage.
Gap analysis with dependency-aware build sequencing
Visual gap comparison between your infrastructure and capability requirements, with ordered implementation paths respecting the F/C/S/A/M/I dependency graph.
Mobile experience and responsive design
Responsive improvements across landing page, diagnostic flow, dimension bars, and gap comparison views.
6 failure pattern detection models
Automated detection of common AI deployment failure patterns: automation without foundation, data without structure, scale without maintenance, and more.
